The 11th Annual San Miguel Gala, Auction, & Miguel Medal Ceremony raised more than $220,000 to benefit student scholarships at San Miguel, making this year's event the most successful gala yet.

Held April 8 at the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center, the San Miguel Gala brought together nearly 300 school friends and supporters in an evening of celebration. Highlights of the night included the 2016 Miguel Medal Ceremony, honoring Providence College and Almon and Suzanne Hall, as well as student performances. A special video gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at what makes San Miguel special, and guest auctioneers Ned Handy and Joe Nagle helped the school raise a record amount during the live auction.

Thank you to our event sponsors, especially Presenting Sponsors Joe and Maria Schwartz and Almon and Suzanne Hall, and to all our auction donors, volunteers, and event committee members who made our event such a success. We are also thankful for our Honorary Chairs, Jamie and Michael Costello, and to our Honorary Committee: Peter and Lindsey Allen, Richard and Louise Carriere, and Joseph and Meredith MarcAurele.
